My freelancer account registration rejected - pls help

To Upwork customer service team,

My freelancer could not register for an account at Upwork because of the reason given by Upwork team as this:**Edited for Community Guidelines**

He is a freelance writer  I work regularly and I prefer using Upwork platform as I work with multiple freelancers.

There is no reason I see that his account registration is not valid in my view. 

Could you please help accept his freelancer profile registration?
