**edited for Community Guidelines** is my friend on upwork. He already earned 3k and got job success score 100%. But his account has been recently suspended. So he already contacted upwork team and followed their ticket. After all he submitted his identity doc and got accepted, approved. But he didn't still get his account back full functionality. He says he does not understand why Upwork has suspended his account and is having trouble getting the Upwork support team to reply to his messages. What should he does then?
