My hire says he has no hours available but my side shows 5 hours available?

I'm new to hiring but I've allocated 5 hours per week to my hire, they say they have no hours available so I've tried hiring him again with another 5 hours. So now there are two active contracts for that hire. What am I doing wrong that I can see the hours but he can't? Also has my payment gone even though I haven't approved the work?

Hello BG,

Thank you for your message. I see that you have assigned a weekly limit of 5 hours on your contract. This means your Freelancer cannot log more than 5 hours every week. If you would like your Freelancer to work more than 5 hours you can simply change the weekly limit to new desired weekly hours instead of creating a new contract. Check this link on how to set and change the weekly limit on your contract.

Thank you

Pradeep H.
