My husband account has been banned, Please Help!

Hello Upwork Community,

 

I'm new to this platform and so was my Husband.

But unfortunately his account have been banned 2 days after he joined supposedly because he did something against the rules, that was the only thing said at the e-mail he got but honestly we don’t really know what he did wrong, he was only applying for works like I do, we are pretty sure this is a misunderstanding.

We tried to contact costumer support without getting any response and we would like to know what we can do to unbanned the account.

 

Please help us to fix this issue, he just want and need to work in this platform!

Upwork won't give you any information about an account that isn't your own.
