My new Freelance account just disappeared, I can't access it, I can't add new freelance account

I had client account before.

 

I wanted to add a new freelance account. I used the same email address.

 

I added a new freelance account, but I saw I couldn't edit any of my profile details.


I logged out and removed my browser cache.

 

I logged in back, now I can't access my freelance account. I can only log into my client account.

 

Neither can I add a new freelance account. What's wrong?
