My payment could not be processed.

Hi! I have a debit mastercard, and it's all good from side. It has balance and my bank said we have activated everything for your purchase. My billing method got saved but couldnt be able to activate membership. I have tried switching browser and tried removing cache, I really need assistance in this regard. Thanls
