My payment method is failing ... can you help me with my account problem ?

the payoneer payment method has failed-re-enable says...

Hi Gunaj,

 

I checked and it seems that you already readded your Payoneer payment method and submitted a name change request. For your name change request, please allow up to 48 hours for it to be reviewed. Regarding your withdrawal method, for security purposes, please allow 3 days for your withdrawal method to become active. In case you experience any problems after, please let us know so that we can assist you.
