My profile has not been accepted several times

I have submitted my profile several times for review now, and each time I have been told it has not been accepted. Each time I am told to check the messages received from the support team, but the Upwork support team hasnt sent me any messages, and neither have I received any emails about the status of my profile.

 

How do I move on from here?
