Why my Upwork profile is not approved?

That's funny, i'd like to know as well - from what i can see here the guy specialises in exactly the hot spot of the market and while his rate is a bit above average (average would be $40-$50 or so), he being in the U.S. so same timezone, no language and cultural barriers (i omit redneck jokes here), with most clients, probably compensates for that. 

Unless he's a fake, he looks absolutely like someone who's going to be hired in an instant. Is that just that there are few details, like github profile (mine is also not on Upwork and honestly mostly contains BS with very little in common with what i do - all real stuff is in private repos)?
