My profile stucked after verify email activation

Hello everyone !  Today i just started to sign up on Upwork as a freelancer. Although I used my business email **Edited for community guidelines** and i verified the activation link and then i just got the page in which upwork put notice on it " We're sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again or contact support ". I want to know what happened to my account, i never able to put my furthur information on my profile. Please reply me what happens and how much time i need to wait for this process
