My profile will not submit cannot subscribe or look for work

I signed up as a new freelancer built a profile and clicked submit. It asked me to subscribe I tried to sign up but it took me to the 1st page of the profile building again. I went through tried to submit and got the attatched message. I cannot see jobs, subscribe or anything.

Try refreshing your PC and try agian , some times due to nextwork and update it takes alittle longer but it will upload the next time you try . hope this helps
