I am Farhan Saeed, I am new to Upwork. I need help from any professional to check my profile if there is any issue please let me know So I will improve my profile etc... 

And another issue is I have sent a proposal BUT after sending it I got a Notification "Your Proposal to the Job was declined".

My connections are wasted Or I can recover again.
