My sister's recent account was suspended, how can she reinstate it?


She started Upwork about a week ago and was busy filling in her profile when her account was suspended. She did not take any projects and did not contact anyone and basically didn't break any regulations. Our guess as to why she was suspended is that she wasn't verified or that she overcomplicated her expertise. She did add a payment method and a profile picture as well, her email was also verified. 

How can she reinstate her account? **Edited for Community Guidelines**
