My verification code was not accepted 3x - now they ask for a new phone number which I don't have??

Hi,

I just wanted to set up my freelance account and BAM! First issue and hurdle filling out the registration.

ISSUE > my verification code sent to my mobile was not accepted - asked to re-send 3 times .... constantly rejected and now I can not use my phone number to set up an account???

I put the CORRECT code in 3x ... rejected every time.
