I'm on Upwork 2 years. During the first whole year my earning was 500$ and at the second year 17000$. I'm sharing my experience to let you know, that I have even wrote 100 proposals before getting one contract. Just continue building your profile well, learn this video, check some freelancers profiles who have the same skills.

I just remembered, that first job I did was the work with the title ASAP )) it's made me stress, but I did it and received my first 5 starts review. You can try to send proposal to the job post which is just now written and to send proposal, that you are available to help right now.
