Name Change Denied

Hi There,

I created account using nickname and now I want to add payment method. But the profile name be same as the bank account name.

So I tried changing upwork account name to my Company Name as I have bank account in company's name but the request has been denied.

Request you to do the needful, I can provide additional details if required.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to let you know that your verified name in Upwork must still match the name on your payment account, even though your profile name might be different.

It’s simple to keep your profile name up-to-date, but you do need to follow a few guidelines listed here. You can go to Settings > Contact Info to edit your name.
