Name Change

Hi! I'm new to Upwork and when I tried to set up cashout options earlier, it git declined. Then I noticed that Upwork carried over the name that my Google name is named into. So I'm left with a name that is named after my Google account and not my real name. I already requested for it to be changed to what it is supposed to be but there is a waiting time. I'm willing to provide documents to prove my identity. Hope a moderator is reading this right now. Help please!
