Good Afternoon!  Does anyone know how to change your profile name?  Thanks!

Hi Layne,

You have to contact Upwork support via mail or chat (chat option is not available for every freelancer).

Go to the link:

https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us

1. Scroll down, and click on the "Get help" button from the bottom left corner of the page. 

2. Select what you are, "Freelancer, client or agency"

3. Then type your question and click on "Ask question" button

4. There will so many answers, if you get your answer from there it's ok. Otherwise, scroll down and click on "Contact Support" button

5. Select your question's category & subcategory and then click on "Continue"

6. Here you will find email option. Mail them with complete details, why you want to change the name. 

One thing I want to mention, you need to give some identity proof of the name you want to use. And you can not use someone else name.
