Name Discrepancy Resolution/ Contacting Customer Service. Help!

Hi there, I am in the process of setting up a payment method on my account and it has declined the debit card I intend to link to my account because of a discrepancy with the name. My upwork account is under my married name. However, my card is still under my maiden name. The site recommended that I contact Customer Support to try and resolve the issue, but I can't get ahold of them, I keep getting redirected to a forum. Can anyone help?
