Hi Peter,

 

You can enter your legal name as it appears on your passport and other official documents in your W-8BEN form.

I'm not sure what you are referring to, but I think this question is only asked when you are setting up a client account.

 

You should also know that you can't set up any account on Upwork unless you are 18 years old. If you are older than this, then you need much more experience as well as some qualifications before you offer freelance translating services on Upwork.

 

Apart from the fact that you have no educational qualifications or portfolio, the only tested skill in your profile is Windows XP which doesn't have much to do with translation.
