Name on acct is wrong and why is my acct set to private.

I verified my acct yet my first name is wrong. This is the second time I've had to address this. Also why was my acct set to private. It's not my fault I'm not getting any jobs here. Can it be set back to public as me accepting jobs please.

Hi Kimba,

 

I don't understand your first question, but I can answer you on second. Your profile is set to "Private" automatically by Upwork system because you don't have opened contracts in last 1 or more months. But don't worry, your account will be set to Public automatically after you finish future job. 

My name on my acct is kimba Reid. My name is Alicia Reid. Kimba is my
middle name. I asked for this issue to be fixed already.

Have you tried to change your name on your contact page yourself yet?

 

To have your profile set to public you just have to contact support and they set it public again for 30 days. It gets set to private whenever you haven't earned money in the last 30 days.

What is supports email? Can I request it be set back to public here?
