Need Help with ID Verification so I can be paid

Hello,

Professionally, I use my middle name, which I have been called my whole life.  My bank account is under my legal (first) name.  How do I resolve this discrepancy so that I can work professionally under the name I've used my entire life, but still can be paid under my legal name for tax purposes?
