Very likely, you have seen some copy/paste word to pdf data entry jobs that pay astoundingly well. Very likely, you created a profile just for those activities. 

These jobs are all scams, nobody pays $$$$ for copy/paste or conversion of word to pdf. Everybody with a keyboard can do that. It is not a skill if something can be done by everyone in seconds. 

In order to find success here, you must offer a real skill, and have a profile that is not violating ToS, the picture, for example, is.
