Hi,

I got a RIsing talent Badge today. Yes, I am really happy about that. But when I Submitting a Proposal which is Require Rising talent badge. Why is there Red error icon there?

The system probably takes a while to update.  Don't worry about it - go ahead and apply.  Rising Talent isn't a requirement anyway - just a suggestion.

Hi Golam, as Mary noted, sometimes it takes some time for the search results to update. I checked if I could still replicate the warning message you were seeing and I couldn't anymore so the system may have updated and your profile shows as Rising Talent.
