Need a refund for Agency Membership Plus plan

Hi,

I have recently made a new agency at Upwork but by mistake I have switched to Agency Membership Plus plan and I have been charged $20+tax. I want to switch my agency to basic plan since I am the only who is going to work with this. Is there any way I can get the refund?
