Good morning Who also encounters this situation among us? Since I announced on the platform that I am just starting out on upwork, people have created new accounts to introduce themselves as a new upwork customer and offer me offers without any reviews about them and no experience. recruitment. How do you deal with these customer people? THANKS

Ignore them.
There are many fake clients trying to scam freelancers. Clients typically reach out to freelancers through an invitation, which does not happen too often for freelancers new to Upwork.

Many of my customers were very new to the platform when they first came on, so not all new clients are necessarily difficult to work with. I suggest starting a conversation with them first, and if you'd like further verification, consider offering a paid consultation (if you can provide them with value).
Good luck!

Proposal for a paid consultation? And how to involve upwork for the follow-up at this time? I intend to conclude everything with the benevolent regard of upwork? How to do it?
