Need assistance with phone numbers

I had an old account I used but never did anything with years ago. I wanted to make a new account with updated and more professional information but I could not because my phone number is in use with the old account.

Unfortunately freelancers are allowed to have only one account. Opening more than one account is a violation of our TOS.
You can log in to your original account and update it at any time. I would also recommend closing your new account as soon as possible. If you have any additional questions, let me know. Thank you.
