Need help applying to job posting

Hi! I am just starting back in up works as a freelancer. This go round it seems a bit more complicated. I am truing to apply for a job and it will not send the proposal. The error I receive is that my address is not on it. Where do I put in my address?? I do not see anywhere to add it.

Hello 

When you finish your proposal send it  to the potential clients.

when they accept your proposal you will get message in your email address or box . You don't need to add or write any address, your address is already in upwork profile.

just apply or write your proposal and Submit that's all.

I looked closely at your account and confirmed that your address has been added, so this should not be the case. Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of the current one? You may also clear your cache and cookies. Then, log back into your account and try sending proposals to potential clients.

 I have tried what you suggested and I am still getting this error message. What can I do to get it where I can submit a proposal?

I am sorry to hear that the troubleshooting steps did not help. I checked your account and I see that your address is missing the State name and phone number. Could you please update this information and try again?
