Need help for my friend

I'm writing on behalf of my friend who joined Upwork a few days ago. he wants to join community forum to discuss his problem about his profile but When he posted a new topic, the location category is blank. so what should he do for discussing in the community?

Hi Md,

The Upwork community is for Upwork users only, since his registration was rejected he will not be able to post in the community in till his registration is accepted.
