Need help in setting Bank account

Hi ! We are agency. We need to use Company's bank account . However, we are unable to do so as the profile name is different. Can you please help me to know:

1. How to change the profile name? If that can be done, we can attach the bank account accordingly.

2. How to use the company's bank account?
