Hi! I'm from Sri Lanka and new to Upwork. I'd like to know how to withdraw money. I have no clue about the W-BEN form or how to get it. Can anyone help me with the process? TIA

Hi Shenal,

Thank you for reaching out to us. You can complete the W-8BEN form under Settings> Tax Info, which purpose is to confirm you're not a US taxpayer. You can use your own legal name as it appears in your passport or other official documents. After filling this in your Upwork account, you should be able to withdraw your available funds. Let us know if the issue persists.

You should be able to complete the W-8BEN Form by following these steps:

• Go Settings › Tax Information
• Provide us with your legal name and address
