Hello there, I'm new to Upwork and I need some help or feedback in knowing where to begin. I've created my profile, geared toward more customer service which is what I've had many years experience in and I feel stuck in writing the perfect proposal. I've done research on this and it stresses the fact that you have to show examples, but I don't know how to do this..... I've done massive research in virtual assistance in general and I'm learning about all the different programs you should know and it's so much information it's overwhelming. I just need some suggestions on how to approach all of this. I want to get jobs, but I feel stuck and Idon't want to just submit any proposal to just anwhere....

As you are new to Upwork, I would recommend you,
1. Avoid submitting proposals to jobs that already have lots of bids/interviews.
2. Keep your cover letter short with your own voice.
3. Focus on your skills and how you will put them to execute the job.
4. Avoid weak phrases in your cover letters.
5. End your cover letter with a strong call to action.
