Need help resolving issue changing my address and updating w-9 information

Hello,

I am a US citizen travelling in Costa Rica, I made my account in Costa Rica and had to input my temporary Costa Rican address to make my freelancer profile. I need to enter my W-9 information but it says I need to change my address first to my US permanent address, but when I try to change my address it says I have to update my W-9 information first. It seems like a broken loop.

Can someone help me change my address and location to my permanent US address please?
