Need to change hourly rate on profile

There is not pencil next to my rate of pay on my profile. How do I change my rate?

Hi Diana,

You should be able to change your profile hourly rate by going to Find Work> Profile and hovering your mouse over the rate. Click the pencil icon that'll appear and edit your rate.

Additionally: 

Clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue.

I'm still not able to raise my hourly rate on my profile. There's no option to edit it.

Be sure you're on your profile and not your profile as clients see it.

I checked and see that you are an exclusive member of your agency which is why there is no option for you to change your hourly rate. Please note that exclusive members work solely for the agency in Upwork. You'll need to reach out to your Agency owner or admin in order for them to change or update your profile rate.
