Need to email/live chat with a real person not a robot

I need some assistance and I cannot get help from the "get support" live chat- It only has a robot and I go around in circles. Is there an email adress I can contact  regarding a job I have paid for.

Hi, if you continue a bit more and the bot can't help you, you will reach a live agent and a Support ticket will be issued for your request. There are no direct phone line.

I can assure that Upwork's Customer Support system is not email-centric. It is not Upwork's intention that you send them an email message about this matter.
