New Member - no reply cover letter

Hi ! I am new here to explore some creative opportunities. I have submitted a few proposals, some cover letter proposals. However, I didn't get any response or at least a reply something I am rejected. Is that how Upwork works?

First I'd like to suggest that if you're new, you learn how Upwork works before submitting bids, so that you have reasonable expectations.

Getting Started:

Questionable Jobs:

Second, there are millions of other freelancers on this site - replies from clients are not guaranteed,

nor are they obligated to respond to the mass amounts of bids they receive. Some clients will take the time, some won't. Learn to leave a bid and then forget about it. If someone is interested in your services, they'll reach out to you.
