New Topic Button Is Not Working

Hi, My friend recently joins the upwork and complete his profile. He wants to post some question in communities but "New topic" button is not working.  Please check screenshots.

Can you please suggest some solution?

The button works just fine.

YOU used it.

When your friend is not quite so new, he may post new topics. Right now he should participate in other ways.

Hi Saad,

If your friend's profile registration is approved then they will be able to create new topics in the Community, however since the Community is for active members of the platform access is restricted for users who's registration has not been accepted.
