New connects not available yet

Hello,

Can someone please let me know when can I get the new connects. My billing cycle is from Sep 12 to Oct 11. It is already 12th of October and I haven't received any connects so far.

Does it usually take a day or two extra to get connects?

Not in California

Just wait a few more hours, usually Connects tend to refresh around midday UTC on the first day of the new billing cycle.
