As a new freelancer, the chances of a client reaching out to you for work is unlikely. The platform works best for most freelancers when you search for jobs that match your skills/qualifications, and apply to those jobs.

Since you are new to Upwork, make sure your profile is 100% complete before applying to any job. At a minimum, you should do the following:

• Click the Academy link at the top of the screen and dive into the Courses and Learning Paths. Once you learn more about the Upwork platform, things will be much clearer.

3. This a more difficult question to answer as my interests lie in creative writing. Primarily blogging/articles/literature to name a few. Even content writing and anything with a funny bone. But most inspiration comes from the authors that I follow, not all but more than a few.
