New to Upwork. No projects yet. Any advice?

Hey Community,

I'm new to Upwork. I've submitted a dozen proposals, but no projects yet. I try to make my cover letters aplicable to the client and keep things direct and to the point. I spent a couple hours on my profile and I think it looks pretty good. Anyone have any advice? Does it just take time? Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated 🙂

I can understand that you are concerned about not winning jobs so far. It may take some time to win jobs especially if you are just starting, but I hope that this doesn't discourage you to continue applying to jobs you're interested in.
