New to Upwork and looking for pointers!

Hello everyone! My name is Katie and I am a strong HR professional. I am currently looking for contract/freelance work to build my consulting skills & business. I have experience in many (if not all) of human resources catergories.

I know that if I were on here to hire someone, I would most likely go with a person who already has great review...where do I start? I have sent out a few proposals on work that I know I could accomplish in a timely and accurate manner.

Looking for any tips to succeed on here! Thank you in advance 🙂
