I am new to Upwork. I have created my profile and updated my skill sets along with the portfolios. I am finding jobs related to my skillsets and submitting proposals, but I am not getting hired. kindly guide me on this.

Submitting proposals doesn't always guarantee that you will get hired or get a chance to be interviewed, but you shouldn't give up on sending proposals to potential clients.
