The client declined me because I have no EXACT same experience for her project.

Obviously, I couldn't do the exact same work in the past but it's the closest project to her requirement. But she never tried to get understand and declined me. She said that I never read her requirement, But I did read it several times and spent many hours for her. What I was wrong? Is it badly impacted to my profile?

What went wrong was that you spent many hours for her. Don't work for free. This was your mistake.

You were never hired. So there was no job. It is impossible for this to impact your JSS or profile page in any way.
