New to the platform

Good evening everyone,

I have 2 questions.
I've just successfully completed my first assignment for a customer. The customer paid but my balance is still zero, why is that? Also I received a pop up saying that I was entitled to 50 new connects but I can't see them either..why?

The money is still being processed, you can check what stage it is at in the Overview section. 

Thank you for you reply. Ok I found the payment and, as you said, it is still pending. 
But what about the connects? Whwn will I get them> Thanks for your help

The Connects you're referring to were already awarded to you on May 9. To view more details about this, go to Settings > Membership & Connects > View Connects History. Thank you.
