Hi,

New client, just signed on and have many questions around account settings, what to expect from our first hire which by the way is already in progress.

Payment expectations and quality of work from our freelancer, Upwork fee structure and who is Escrow?

First milestone has been released however the conversion rates are inconsistent with what has been deducted from Paypal account.

Many questions, and need answers please.

I have a freelancer who is expecting payment upfront and early release of final milestone payment yet our website is not finished yet.

Escrow is a neutral holding place where we put money aside until the project, or piece of the project, is done.
