New to this forum _ Need Community Advise

Dear Team,

My name is Tanay and I am an MBA in Finance with around 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst. I have recently joined this forum.

Would appreciate the community's advice on the following:

1) I do not have any project work samples to showcase (as I had worked with Corporates with the policy of not using their work outside their environment); I had worked on some amazing projects but nothing to share with clients as sample work. How to handle this issue?

2) I have 10 years of experience as a business analyst and so I started with the same role at a $16 per hour rate. Is the rate good enough? How tough is the competition? How to position me without collateral to present? How to stand out from the competition?

3) Should I focus on diversifying my skill sets also? I have a keen interest in design and creativity. Should I learn them while working on this forum? How to set the pricing?  How to showcase and sell my skills? Will it affect my value proposition as a business analyst, provided the client may consider that I may not be a specialist?

As I am new to this, I need the community's support and blessings to succeed on this forum.
