New to upwork - How to land jobs

I am new to upwork and I sure this question is asked a lot but how long does it take to get a steady flow of jobs. I have worked in administration for 6 years so I feel I have the right amount of experience. How do I stand out?

Hi Emilie, I began a month ago and I created a strong description and only applied for jobs that I really had a good fit with. Being highly responsive also helps and check every day for new opportunities. The app is really good to look for gigs. Good luck!
