New user account issue

I had set up my entire account half an hour ago and had added all the data. After submitting the info there was a pop up that my account will be verified in 24 hrs. However, just now when I logged in again, I was asked to fill up all the information again. 

Is this an error or should I enter all the information again?

I had also made a mistake in entering my hourly rate.
