No Language Section 2020

Sorry and I know this has been "solved" many times in the past years based on my search for this but, I seriously cannot the Language section.

I've tried looking everywhere for it and even tried multiple browsers and even the app but still can't seem to find it.

Can the mods please check and let me know right away? I can provide screenshots if needed.

I am a native English speaker and would like to get this resolved.
