No Notifications,and messages received

Why i didnt get any notifications or messages ๐Ÿ˜ž

Hi Gene,

 

Could you please go to your Settings > Notification Settings and check the email address that shows on top there? Make sure that's the one you are checking and Upwork notifications don't go to your spam folder. If none of these is an issue, then please submit a ticket to Customer Support with more details. Thank you for your patience.

I dont know what happen to my account now.. ๐Ÿ˜ž i didn't get the reply of my team leader..And when i open my account it says that "My Profile Is Under Review" which infact i already have a work history..Something's wrong really with my account..And im really worried and crying now ๐Ÿ˜ž

Help my profile still under review. what should i do?
